Oatmeal Energy Bites

I'm always looking for a snack that I can easily grab and enjoy and feel good about eating.  These yummy treats have delicious ingredients and are a great source of protein for a quick snack.  I love that they are so easy to make and you can keep the in your refrigerator to enjoy for many days!  Not to mention, when your kids are looking for something quick and easy to snack on, these are great! 

Ingredients

1 cup old fashioned oats

2/3 cup almond butter

1/2 cup chocolate chips

3 tablespoons raw honey

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

Directions

1.  Mix all of the above ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

2. Place in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes so they are easier to roll.

3. Roll out teaspoon sized balls onto parchment paper.

4. Place in refrigerator and enjoy!
