Here is a side dish that I love making at least once a week. Sometimes, I eat my cilantro lime rice with fish, tacos, chicken or simply as a side to any protein I make for dinner. It is easy and just so delicious.
1 cup cooked white jasmine rice
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1. This one is easy! Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
